Born in a village in the Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala, India, he developed a deep connection with agriculture from an early age. A commerce graduate, he brings a wealth of experience in finance, logistics, and strategic planning, having worked across almost every part of India. His distinguished career includes serving as an officer in the Indian Air Force, where he honed his leadership and organizational skills, and retiring as the Chief Manager of the State Bank of India, where he demonstrated exceptional expertise in financial management.
With a lifelong passion for agriculture, he envisions organizing farmers, promoting organic farming, and driving the global export and import of organic products. His expertise, dedication, and visionary leadership are invaluable assets to Sivakailas Exports, guiding the organization towards a prosperous and sustainable future.

Born in a village in the Palghat district of Kerala, India, he grew up immersed in agriculture, gaining hands-on experience from an early age. With a strong academic background, holding a BA and B.Ed, he has also served as an Indian Air Force officer, showcasing his discipline and dedication to duty. Over the years, he has amassed extensive experience in management, agriculture, and logistics, with exposure to almost every part of India. Currently, he serves as the superintendent of a leading educational institution. A graduate in Arts, his expertise, unwavering commitment, and vast experience make him a reliable and invaluable asset to Sivakailas as it charts its path forward.

Thomas Augustine, a retired Assistant General Manager from State Bank of India (SBI) with extensive IT and financial management expertise, now serves as Director & CEO at Manackal Foods Pvt Ltd. He holds post-graduate qualifications in CISA, ITIL, PMP, and Scrum Master, and has a deep passion for organic farming and agro-foods production.
